LIVING ROOM

Directly ahead you see through the walls of glass doors to the outdoor space which draws you in. To the right of the foyer is the large family space, a sitting room with four chairs comfy chairs in a pretty plaid. Again, this space is surrounded by walls of glass bringing the outdoors in. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee and to cozy up with a book.

Adjacent to the sitting area is the living room with more beautifully upholstered seating. The couches are tone on tone paired with 2 cozy chairs in a warm blue velvet. Lots of seating and this family loves to host family and friends so it works very well. The showstopper, however, is the fireplace feature with the porcelain marble inlayed with gold. The fireplace is richly appointed on either side with stunning white cabinets by Currey & Company with oversized gold floral hardware that adds a little whimsy! Above each cabinet is modern art pieces in white, together with the stone fireplace and white cabinetry, further makes the entire wall a piece of art.

KITCHEN

Just beyond the dining area is by far one of the most beautiful, luxurious kitchens we’ve ever seen. Light fills this room from windows all around. There is not one feature that stands out from the other, each one is stunning in its own right but works perfectly with the next. A massive island in a rich wood with open shelves is front and center. The cabinetry along the walls is a light exotic wood. The dark island is topped with white quartz and the light cabinetry is finished with a dark leathered granite, which we mistook for soapstone. This material looks similar but you don’t have the maintenance of soapstone. The cabinets are recessed into amazing brick archways.

A beautiful gold vent above the range ties together with the stunning gold fixtures. Cafe appliances, along with a built in Suvi make this a true chefs kitchen. Other fun features are the hidden walk in pantry. From the herringbone brick floors to the beautiful beams in the ceiling this is the kitchen of our dreams.

PATIO

The patio is an extension of the home as the glass doors can open allowing a flow from indoors. It is well appointed with furniture as pretty as the furnishings inside. The fireplace is great for the cooler days but there are also built in heaters in the ceiling to really warm you up! And one of the other features is screens that drop down to keep the bugs out on a summer night.
