Park Place Project

A home layered with character and quiet.

Park Place is one of our favorite recent projects — a full-service residence designed from the stone fireplace to the record-player vignette. The brief from our clients was simple: a home with soul, built for how they actually live. Layered, collected, warm. Never staged.

Every room followed the same principle. The main living room is anchored in stone and wood beams, with two black leather armchairs placed exactly where afternoon light lands. The kitchen opens through an arched doorway to a butler’s pantry painted in deep green — a moody counterpoint to the warm white cabinetry and brass pendants in the main space. The primary bathroom leans into craft: brass arched mirrors, fluted sconces, marble counters that earn their place.

Upstairs, the girl’s bedroom trades restraint for personality — botanical wallpaper, a spindle bed, textiles that lean old-world. A sunroom with a wood ceiling wraps everything up in a space our clients actually use most — not the pretty room, the real one.

Park Place is what happens when every decision ladders to the same feeling. Warm, collected, unmistakably theirs.
