The island will have a wood top with a greige base to bring warmth to the white kitchen
The vent hood will tie in the island with a wood accent trim piece
We’ll use a cream backsplash with an off white grout
The shelves over the “drink bar” will also tie in with the vent hood and island
We’ll paint the island Avario White from Ramobio’s Limewash line. It will be full coverage.

Recover glider chair with cream fabric. I would get something that was multi-tone like this one. You can probably find one more cost-effective at JoAnne’s or Cutting Corners in Farmers Branch
Leave existing nightstands

I know these sofas aren’t your exact ones but they give a picture of what the look will be when complete
Update rug. The existing rug is too small. Rugs look best when they are underneath the sofa and chairs in the space
Add coffee table for function and to complete the look
Rather than curtains I suggest woven shades. The ones I love most are from Pottery Barn linked below.
